March 20: Acupuncture at DAWA

Come experience the profound effects of auricular acupuncture and ground into stillness alongside community!

Peace Collective invites you to experience the profound effects of community ear acupuncture! Ear acupuncture has been used for decades to support chronic pain and stress, disaster-related trauma, and addiction recovery. By grounding into stillness as a group we allow our nervous systems to collectively regulate. Community acupuncture offers a path for us to show up for ourselves and the world around us.

After sign-in’s and introduction, the event will begin with a short guided meditation to help us relax and feel comfortable in the space. Ear acupuncture will be administered and participants have the opportunity to sit with the treatment for as long as 40 minutes. The event will close with a gentle reflection and optional share-out.
