DESCRIPTION:HEALING HAUS is a monthly collective healing space created for queer BIPOC community members to rest\, reconnect\, and receive care in intentional community. Through art\, conversation\, wellness practices\, and mutual support\, we use creativity as a vehicle for healing and liberation. \nThis gathering is designed to nourish the mind\, body\, and spirit while connecting our community with accessible therapeutic and wellness resources in a soft and affirming environment. \nThroughout the evening there will be music\, social time\, and opportunities to build community in a welcoming and low-pressure atmosphere. \nThis experience is free with RSVP. Space is intentionally limited to ensure a grounded and supportive environment for all attendees. If you are unable to honor your RSVP\, please cancel as soon as possible so another community member may receive care and access to these resources. \nCome as you are. Rest\, healing\, softness\, and community are welcome here.

Ear acupuncture has been used for decades to support chronic pain and stress\, disaster-related trauma\, and addiction recovery. By grounding into stillness as a group we allow our nervous systems to collectively regulate. Community acupuncture offers a path for us to show up for ourselves and the world around us. \nAfter sign-in’s and introduction\, the event will begin with a short guided meditation to help us relax and feel comfortable in the space. Ear acupuncture will be administered and participants have the opportunity to sit with the treatment for as long as 40 minutes. The event will close with a gentle reflection and optional share-out.
